Born in 1999, Bob has wanted to be a TV presenter for as long as he can remember. Creative since birth and loud enough to share his ideas, whether those around him wanted to hear them or not. Very early on in primary school he expressed a desire to be a Blue Peter presenter and was told to “be more realistic”. This sent him down an uninspiring path in search of “a proper job”, which eventually led him to the seafaring career he is in today. However he never gave up on this desire and continued to explore creative writing and create YouTube videos in his bedroom in his own free time.
Around 18 months ago he finally made the decision to reject the advice to "be more realistic" and attempted to embark on a career change, moving towards the field of presenting. He started by volunteering at Paisley Radio, writing and presenting a pre-recorded show about unsolved mysteries and paranormal aspects of the world. A sample of these can be found below. At its height, this show has had an international audience approaching half a million listeners.
He also continues his work with YouTube, with a specialist interest channel looking at model railways. Being a lover of subjects technical, mechanical and historical, he believes this to be some of his best work on video; discussing the appeal with enthusiasm, while showcasing his own exploits in pursuing the hobby and its many facets. See below for links to the channel. Worth watching even if you don’t have an interest in railways, as it may just help you develop one.
I’ve been broadcasting a pre-recorded show on Paisley Radio for over a year now. The show, Bob’s Mysterious Mysteries, explores unexplained phenomena and attempts to unravel what’s really going on. Press play to hear a short compilation of extracts from the show.
Below is the audio file for a full show where I investigate (and solve) the mystery of the Nazca Lines in Peru.

This is my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/@bobinn2070
It is my specialist interest channel dedicated to model railway building, including what works, what definitely doesn’t and the inevitable derailments (both real and metaphorical). Alongside the chaos, there’s plenty of general train talk and railway appreciation. Relaxed, nerdy, and mostly under control.
